Since 2013 the Asian American Democratic Club of San Diego has worked to elevate the voices of our AAPI Communities in San Diego and beyond. Through your work, your support and your activism, we have expanded the number of AAPI Democrats holding office in San Diego, elevated our issues in your Democratic Party and created a space for AAPI Community members and our allies to discuss politics. 1: Student Membership 10$: Student Members in good standing with right to vote on all matters coming before the membership including election of officers, endorsements, administrative and general issues, and resolutions. General members may also serve as officers, on Club committees and upon appointment by an Executive Officer, represent the Club with non-Club events and groups. Student Members must be in high school or college. May be eligible for a waiver.
2: Vincent Chin-AAPI Membership 30$: Members in good standing with right to vote on all matters coming before the membership including election of officers, endorsements, administrative and general issues, and resolutions. General members may also serve as officers, on Club committees and upon appointment by an Executive Officer, represent the Club with non-Club events and groups. May be eligible for a waiver.
3: Fred Korematsu Civil Rights Activist-Family Level 50$ Membership for household members.
4: United States v. Bhagat Singh Thind-Supporter Level 100$ In addition to all the rights listed for AAPI Membership & Fred Korematsu Civil Rights Activist; United States v. Bhagat Singh Thind-Supporter Level receive occasional invitations to parties and special events as opportunities arise.
5: Larry Itliong-Farmworker Activist-Supporter Family Level 150$ Membership for household members.
6: Legendary Judy Ki Founder Level 250$ Membership for this level include all rights as listed for members at United States v. Bhagat Singh Thind-Supporter Level, but also website and event recognition.
